Return Process

  Log into your Global Republic account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all brand tags intact to qualify for a successful return processing.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the packaged items.

  Receive Refund

  After the items pass our warehouse quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or store wallet within 7-10 business days.
